so far windows phone 7 marketplace includes 17 countries which are

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

but do not dismay if your country is not on that list as obviously the market place countries for the windows 7 mobile phones will increase as the phone gets going, at the moment the windows phone 7 is still very new and so not available in every country and area just yet, these numbers will increase in 2011.
