apple ipad, what is the new apple ipad?, i was watching the news today and it announced a new apple computers product called the apple ipad, what is the apple ipad, well they call it a apple ipad "tablet" which is what it kind of looks like, like one of those tablets of stone people would write on in the ancient past.

the new apple ipad is quite a big single touch screen device, compared to apple's earlier aim of creating things smaller and smaller like with the ipod, the apple ipad is like a big tablet of stone but looks like a ipod in design.
just about 10 times bigger then a ipod, the apple ipad today was launched as the best browsing the web internet experience you can have, its like holding a computer monitor in your hands and touching the screen.
i think it is tipped as being like a mobile newspaper and book as well, so you will download the news onto the new apple ipad tablets like earlier devices could, but this is said to be a better device for reading off of etc.
also the apple ipad is also a games machine as well as a internet browser, it is a break away form the pc because i do not think there is a keyboard with the apple ipad, like when you get a computer you get a keyboard to type, but the new apple ipad looks like it will be like the iphone in that you type just using the touch screen.

but at about £500 the apple ipad is coming in at quite a swift cost, but for people who like technology probably the price does not matter too much, the apple ipad is hoped to be successful for apple, with google set to launch its own new mobile browsing style screen book.
the ipad will also be a device which will also be about its apps, so the apple ipad applications, and also of course the apple ipad games that are available, apple see's games like how people play them on iphone that similar games on the ipad will also boost its popularity.
